Law Associates (Male / Female)

Law Attorneys with expertise in civil, criminal, corporate, commercial, tax, intellectual property, labor, finance and investment matters in different cities may get the chance to become Associates in ULC. Willing aspirants may apply with complete particulars, along with passport sized photograph and two references. Basic knowledge of computer is a necessary requirement.

Legal Experts For Outsourcing

This is a unique opportunity provided by ULC as we want to place the profiles of experts willing to work for the Outsourcing area of our practice. The particulars of the experts provided on our website may enable our domestic, international clients or any other Organization / Agency, desiring to avail your services, to contact you through us. To this end, ULC invites you to immediately send us your concise profile, giving essential particulars regarding your educational qualifications and experience, preferably in a summarized form with your passport sized colored photograph. In- house lawyers

We are seeking the services of suitably qualified lawyers (male / female) to work as in-house lawyers for some of our prestigious clients both in and outside of Pakistan. These lawyers should demonstrate the following prerequisites:

Responsible for watching legal interests and overseeing all Litigation

Should be capable to handle potential legal matters, including analysis, evaluation and defense of any legal disputes

Vet Legal documents (MOU, Agreements etc)

Apprise Government laws and regulations affecting the company's operations

Provide legal opinion to the Management

Should be able to render legal opinion on day today legal issues

The candidate should be a LL.B. however LL.M. degree holders will be preferred. Should have minimum of 5 years of experience, which is not essential in case of better educational qualifications.

Part Time Experts – Outsourcing Wing

Expert Professionals are required on part time project to project basis in the fields of Financial Accounting, Business Taxation, Marketing Management & research, Accountancy and Strategic Financial Management and host of other areas of ULC’s practice. This arrangement is designed with the object to supplement the income of appropriate experts without frustrating the prior commitments and disturbing the busy schedules of these experts.

Law Internees

Fresh Law Graduate desirous to join ULC as internees may apply by providing necessary particulars and citing special field of interest. He/ She should also send two colored Passport sized photographs.

Para Legal Staff (Female)

Graduates with excellent interpersonal skills, analytical research, excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in computer operations.
