SNGPL Challenges ECC Raw Material Price Escalation Formula in the Lahore High Court

Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) has challenged the decision by the Economic Co-ordination Committee (ECC) on raw material price escalation formula in the Lahore High Court. It has made the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) a party to the petition for demanding the implementation of the ECC decision.
