ULC has a successful record of prosecuting and defending clients in consumer litigation and product liability. Over the years, changes in the legal environment have led to a sustained increase in the number and variety of legal challenges to our clients' business practices.

ULC advises and provides services in all fields for the protection of rights of the consumers and product liabilities to consumers, as well as to the manufacturers and suppliers of products and services. The Firm has handled a number of cases in various Forums.

We handle complex product liability claims for both domestic and foreign clients before tribunals and courts throughout the country as well as review measures adopted by clients vis-à-vis dealers, customers, insurers, experts and administrative agencies.

Oftentimes, the rights of consumers are disregarded or trivialized by the very same people including retailers, service providers, and manufacturers that have been entrusted to uphold them. At the ULC, it has been a long-standing tradition and practice to provide responsive legal services to our consumer clients. Protecting the consumers' rights is your right and our duty.

Our consumer law attorneys are experienced in handling, advising, and litigating all areas of consumer law, including the areas of product liability, identity theft, wrongful credit reporting problems, and other consumer-related matters. If your rights as a consumer have been violated, one of our consumer law attorneys can help you obtain the remedies that you deserve.
